this mobile phone can be used as a modem to connect to the internet with pppd. it pppd and any software that uses pppd such as wvdial, gnome-ppp etc. It appears as ttyACM0 in the dev directory. directory when connected to the system. It works out of the box, without the need for any additional adjustments. It also responds to AT commands and can be accessed with minicom.
