No, Is not in lspci or lshw.

there are only devices connected on the board, and on the usb but not the connected on lpt (parallel) port.

And the printer is connected using the parallel port

I've added your device inside the following wiki page: manually indexed devices. You can add there the other devices. Perhaps in the future we will be able to solve this issue.
