Wireless card replacement is limited to a whitelist implemented in BIOS. The microphone mute button doesn't work either. The ThinkWiki site has a link to a possible workaround and Ubuntu bug report. 3D, suspend/resume, brightness controls, automatic fan-speed/CPU throttle, Thinklikght, backlit keyboard, and functions keys work as expected out of the box.
