Touchpad probably needs patches not in mainline kernel yet, they are included in freesh kernels since 3.13.6. 3d acceleration needs updating kernel and X.Org.

Bluetooth using the ath3k driver doesn't work, since it needs nonfree firmware.

While the device runs coreboot as boot firmware, it's not free since there are Intel blobs: at least ME.bin, MRC.bin and VGA option ROM.
