I installed fprint-demo from Trisquel's repositories and it worked perfectly (it needed to be called with sudo to work). The device is capable of telling which finger is the right one (compared with the database you create) or if you are trying to cheat. :) One more cool gadget for Free Software to support. Beware of its deficiencies as a security device. Thanks, Ark74.
