Wifi works with non-free firmware (Debian package firmware-iwlwifi). Bluetooth also works with this firmware present; have not tested without the non-free firmware.

Ethernet, eSATA port, audio, graphics, SD card slot, suspend/resume, and USB device passthrough in KVM via VT-d all work out of the box with free drivers and no additional firmware.
