Two problems only:
0) can't adjust brightness using fn+f4/f5 keys even with latest kernel and hacks.
This is due to Compal not implementing the standard specifications for ACPI.
Tried EVERYTHING. Only way is using the terminal command setpci
1) no battery time
Apparently for the same reason you can't even see the estimated remaining time during both battery charging and discharging. You only see the percentage.
I already requested support from Compal at many email accounts. Nobody replied.
On internet forums others tried. Only answer: "we don't support Linux"...
I already suggested Garlach44 to change supplier. They told me that are thinking about it.
