I agree. With the newly added support for server boards to libreboot it would be good to add it in. Think there is a desktop board also on its way for support.

I agree it would be useful. We already have categories for the individual onboard components like ethernet card, video card and sound card. However, most users will not go digging through the manufacturer's website to find the exact onboard chipset names for a motherboard they are going to buy. It is easier for them to search the motherboard model number and see whether the onboard ethernet, video, sound and other devices work all on one page. We already have pages for many of the individual chipsets, so we could just link those on the motherboard pages. Users are more likely to search by motherboard name than chipset name.

Some motherboards also have onboard host/RAID controllers, wi-fi, bluetooth and SD card readers which have chipsets already listed in the database.

This could be added as 'computers' once laptop gets renamed to computers. See https://h-node.org/issues/view/en/297/1/8a737f9d18f8cf131922283571674bc5 for more details.

I share Dolphin's idea. Separate category of motherboards, PCs and SBC boards is needed.
