Don't require vendor ID/product ID for Ethernet devices

Description:

I tried to enter a printer I have connected via Ethernet. Of course, Ethernet devices do not have vendor and product IDs, that's something from PCI, USB, etc.

But the site made me enter one anyway, so I just put in 0000:0000. Making up a number shouldn't be required.
