The graphique card does not work with the latest native configuration and upgrades you have to add an external ppa so beware it's not an official ppa but I looked at it and it seems that there is no non-free software in the ppa

To add the ppa

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:oibaf/graphics-drivers

Then update your package list

sudo apt-get update

Once the list is updated you just need to install the paquet xserver-xorg-video-nouveau

Details of the paquet upgrade

xserver-xorg-video-nouveau (1.0.10-1ubuntu2 => 1.0.12+git1603170734.b824d3~gd~t)

sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-nouveau

Or you could just do a upgrade

sudo apt-get upgrade

you can simulate the installation and have the details of the paquets that needs to be upgraded by adding the option (-V -s) with apt-get (sudo apt-get -V -s upgrade)
