I couldn't use Debian with GNOME 3 because the screen always displays weird artifacts, and freezes in the login screen. I decided to reinstall Debian and chose MATE as the desktop environment, which is less graphic-intensive than GNOME 3, and the system is usable in this way. However, there are occasional freezes.
Even though I can use the system with MATE, I can't use applications such as Blender, SuperTux Kart, and other 3D applications. Nor can I use 3D in the Web browser. These things, however, are possible using the same video card on a Windows machine.
In summary, your computing experience will be frustrating using this video card.
