This USB dongle is listed as Huawei E620 by lsusb. This also has a built-in MicroSD card reader. To make this work, you need to install usb-modeswitch and usb-modeswitch-data from the repository. After this, the modem should be ready to go.

As many others 3G cards (i've tested) i needed to activate it on MS Windows, then it worked perfectly on GNU/Linux-libre.
