Tested with Trisquel 12 RC (Triskel)

Test date: 21 feb 2026. Kernel version 6.8.0-90-generic.

By default, sound device is not detected. Fix for Trisquel 12 ?: from terminal type 'sudo pluma /etc/modprobe.d/alsa.conf' then copy the line 'options snd-intel-dspcfg dsp_driver=1' then save, exit, reboot. Fix for Triskel 12: from terminal type 'kate /etc/modprobe.d/alsa.conf' then copy the line 'options snd-intel-dspcfg dsp_driver=1' then save as admin, exit, reboot.
