Only wifi was tested.
All tracking features can be disabled (usage data stored in ink cartridge microprocessors) and enabling web services is optional.
The HP Toolbox (hplip and hplip-gui packages) are required for proper full network configuration. Initial wifi configuration is done via the printer control panel.
Trisquel 7 mini:
Only USB tested. Scanner not yet tested.
Plugged in, configured CUPS and it works. Margins is a problem. Have to manually configure it to 12,7 12,7 6,3 6,3mm on every print. CUPS problem? The standard problem with GNU/Linux that when printing a web page it prints the text can be cut horizontally at and of a page too continue on text paper.
