Description:

Since this net-book has no CD ROM, I made a bootable live USB stick using unetbootin. The live USB runs very well, boots fine and the Wifi and mouse work perfectly.

But when installing, it installs fine, but during the first boot I get this error "An error occurred while mounting /home" and cannot proceed.

I can get around that issue if during the installation, I manually setup the partitions and it installs and boots fine, but then the track-pad/mouse and network don't work at all.
