I tried to test this devise with Trisquel 5.5 live-CD and pendrive. I could make the devise boot to starting menu of the live CD, select the keyboard layout and boot to desktop. After starting the actual OS boot, however I could not get any picture out. Even after booting to the desktop (I know it booted since I could hear the starting sound) I could not get any picture out even with an external display. Changing screen brightness with Fn-buttons did not help. Please verify. As of now, all I can say is that this laptop seems to be garbage.
