I tried this notebook in a live CD session [Trisquel 4.0].
I could see skyrocket screensaver but it was slow. I could't activate Normal or Extra options in Desktop Appearance.
I tried it again with a installed version Trisquel 3.5 and graphic card worked very well. I enjoyed Skyroquet and activated "Normal" and "Extra". Driver in use is i915, but I specified the details in the separete entry of video card.
Wifi definitely didn't work without privative firmware.
I had problems booting a installed Trisquel 4.0 because of plymouth effects.
