This UMPC works perfectly with Parabola and Trisquel-- I haven't tested the webcam, however. The microphone works.
To calibrate the touch-screen, you'll need xinput_calibrator. To utilize the front tablet buttons (below the screen), you can use xmodmap and your DE's keyboard configuration utility.
