Add an option to list devices not found during lspci search

Under the search option, the lspci-based search lists only matches for devices found in the database. It would also be interesting to have a list of the devices that were not found. This would be useful to notice less-used devices that are not listed/supported and act accordingly (test them, etc.).
The system already lists the devices that are not found, but only those that could be inserted. For example, try to change the vendorid:productid of a device that you know is inside the database..
