Are you sure this GPU supports 3D acceleration without loading non-free firmware from disk? What tests did you perform?

I you see the history, you can see that this device was contributed back in 2014 by an anonymous user. So It was way back then, when there was no Linux-libre as it is today and maybe a lot of firmware was not removed back then. The device was accepted then, and if any other owner can update the info, that would be great. Cheers!
