The *(DEBLOBBED)* entry means that the Linux-libre scripts removed this because it was either a blob, nonfree, or infringes the users freedom. You can see the log at the Linux-libre site for more devices files that were removed form the Torval's release kernel.

Thanks for the explanation. Looks like ATI gave out some binary-only data for the Radeon Command Processor (CP) and that's now not being loaded.
