Description:
No libre drivers available as of March 2017. Experimenting with other drivers prints empty pages at best.
Brother's proprietary driver is only available as a precompiled binary for (32-bit) x86 operating systems, and when it works at all the print quality is visibly inferior, on moderately complex pages, to their driver for other OSes. Not recommended.
HL-1110 has a white and black case, HL-1112 has its colors reversed and is mainly black. "A" variant, marked as such on the box only, comes with a completely filled original cartridge. HL-1118 is a 1110 for the Chinese market, the differences if any aren't known.
