Guidelines for compiling on Hardware page

I think that the sign that appears on the Home Page of h-node.com

"please read the guidelines on how to compile a hardware device page "

Should be permanently displayed on the insertion/update hardware page, so new people learn more about submitting their hardware before they start.

Adding images to it would be great too, plus translations (i'm working on the Spanish one). There is plenty of room to improve and time to decide what is better, so no rush on it ;)

Yes, there are a lot of features that have to be implemented.. we could discuss also inside the mailing list.. perhaps the possibility to upload images is the most pressing (for the wiki)
