Add Encore vendor

ΘΕΜΑ: add a vendor name

Περιγραφή:

Encore is not listed on the USB ID list.

So i can't submit

ENCORE ENUWI-G, to the db

Bus 001 Device 005: ID 0457:0163 Silicon Integrated Systems Corp. 802.11 Wireless LAN Adapter
BTW it doesn't work with free software :P

The vendor has been added.. it should be Silicon Integrated Systems Corp. ;)
