Add preview botton to all text editior

While updating a wiki page i noticed that it doesn't have the preview button.

Maybe is a good idea to add the preview button to all page creation/update related forms

Ok, the preview button has been inserted for the description entry and for the wiki.. you have also to empty the cache to see it in action (and I don't know why :) )
